Abstract

The COVID 19 pandemic has caused a crisis, which certainly opens the possibility of transformation and educational improvement. In this context, this research arises whose purpose is to define, from the shared reflection of professional women teachers, the educational opportunities derived from COVID-19. Its approach is qualitative interpretive with a gender perspective. Among his findings, topics such as educational change, the work of teachers, the exercise of pedagogy, the work of families, the work of professional women teachers and pending tasks arise.
