Fundamental Rights before the 2005 Reform

Abstract

In these lines the author comments on some of the constitutional reforms approved in 2005, dividing his exposition into three parts. The first refers to the general context of the reforms. The second deals with reforms relating to fundamental rights. The third and last part is a summary and some conclusions.
