Abstract

This work offers a complete descriptive analysis of the constitutional procedural aspects related to the characteristics of the Constitutional Court, the constitutionality control systems, and the procedure of the requirements of inapplicability and unconstitutionality, with special reference to the active legitimation and the budgets of admissibility.
