This paper proposes an interdisciplinary municipal management plan, aiming at raising awareness and having the community to get involved in the search for solutions to rehabilitate public spaces in medium height department buildings, built by SERVIU and Puente Alto. The everyday struggle with the administrative-bourocratic system when aiming at solving the problems in these public spaces has led to the search of plausible procedures within the actual system.
