Abstract

The world projection for 2050 indicates that urbanization will reach 65%. It is clear that ground this source will become very scarce one, the society, as a team, should take a decisive role to administer and to project its development with justness and equality this debate has installed globally inside the International Social Forum by means of the World Letter by the Right for City. In front of the necessity of always giving space to a number growing of population, encapsulated areas of poor villages and urban deterioration, lacking of integration that require the active participation of a systemic effort of the Organisms of the State, Institutions to the service of the society and professionals linked to the phenomenon of the city. To respond to this challenge the city It's could be understood as a system of communications with social base and for it, it is possible to sustain that the available technological advances of the TICS, can be a tool of great value to impact favourably in facilitating the necessary articulation to democratize the city through the urban and civic integration.
